Hutto Fire Rescue CRA-SOC – 2024 UPDATED
During the period of April 2019 through May 2020, a consulting team from the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), along with members of Hutto Fire Rescue/Williamson County Emergency Services District #3 (Hutto Fire Rescue) undertook a proactive approach to defining an acceptable amount of risk prior to the occurrence of a major incident. The data obtained from this study, Community Risk Assessment-Standard of Care – 2019, analyzed specific, logical, and systematic resource utilization to help determine long range fire protection needs. The data and information from the study was updated in 2024 and 2025 by Hutto Fire Rescue, Community Risk Assessment-Standard of Care – 2024, to illustrate the changes that have occurred since the adoption of the first CRA-SOC. Both documents are provided to compare the ongoing challenges and changes in the Hutto Community and with Hutto Fire Rescue.
